Customer service is very important to us!  From initial offer to delivery of your wine, we strive for customer service excellence.  We monitor weather carefully during our releases - too hot/cold we will gladly hold your wine until conditions permit us to ship to your location.

We do not believe in bundling or "hostage" allocation systems -- you only order the wine you want to purchase.
