BOTTLING is always an exciting time for us as it finalized the vintage. The wines will now get some time in the bottle before we release them to all of you.
On July 2nd we bottled our 2018 Dalla Gasperina Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (Rutherford) and it's as delicious as the 2017 (maybe even more so).
On July 30th we bottled all of our 2017 red wines including 4 different cabernet sauvignons, merlot, malbec, and petite sirah.
And, in early December, we'll bottle our 2018 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay.

We are partnering with Celebrity Chef David Burke for an epic wine dinner at Drifthouse Bar and Grill by David Burke in Seabright, NJ. 5 Courses - 6 Wines including sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, malbec, 2 cabernet sauvignons and petite sirah - all paired with creative and delicious cuisine prepared by the Burke Team.
