Owners -Karen and John Troisi

Like many of you, we regularly visited Wine Country and fell in love with the beauty of the Napa Valley - not to mention the wines.  We started Jean Edwards Cellars in 2004 with one wine - our Stagecoach Vineyard® Cabernet from the Pritchard Hill Region of the vineyard. That wine caught the attention of  Wine Spectator Magazine  and they named us  as  "one of twenty new cabernet producers to watch..."  in their annual cabernet issue.

Still working in the corporate world (John's background is in Operations/R&D; while Karen's is in Sales and Marketing) we grew the wine business slowly.

Fast forward to now - we've taken early retirement from the corporate world - and while our case production is still rather small (about 850 cases a year), we've added new and exciting wines to our portfolio from some of Napa's most prestigious growers, vineyards, and vineyard blocks.  We now produce 11 different wines under two different labels (Jean Edwards Cellars and Cooper's Cuvee Blackpaw) that include multiple cabernet sauvignons, merlot, malbec, petite sirah, syrah, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and rose'.

We take great pride in our wines and in our customer service - and we are honored that our wines have been consistently well received and enjoyed by both consumers and industry professionals. We've come a long way since the release of our first wine and look forward to producing many new vintages of new and exciting wines.

Often asked "what's the Jean Edwards Cellars style of wine" ?  Our reply... "wines that will pair well with food...  wines that you will want to open and share with good friends... but you'll want to keep the bottle at your end of the table" !

We hope you enjoy our wines for many years to come - and if you're planning a visit to Napa please let us know - we'd love to share some wine with you are our new Napa tasting room. Cheers!
